Home/Service/Service subscription

Subscription service.
Terms set out in the SLA.

Scheduled maintenance of pumping systems under an agreed program for sites where equipment downtime affects building operations or production.

Maintenance on a schedule.
Commitments set out in the agreement.

The subscription sets out how regular maintenance is organized. The SLA (Service Level Agreement) records the agreed service level, including equipment, scope, request procedures and measurable service metrics.

The EPS offering is in development and will be expanded. Terms, pricing and availability of options are agreed individually after a site assessment.

What the program can include

Equipment and initial assessment

An inventory of pumps and assemblies, the system’s condition and its operating needs. The limits of the maintenance scope are set before the program starts.

Preventive maintenance schedule

Inspections and maintenance based on system load, site operating conditions and equipment requirements.

How to submit service requests

Points of contact, communication channels, processing hours and rules for prioritizing faults.

Repairs and spare parts

A clear distinction between included work and tasks that require separate approval and payment.

Reporting and recommendations

Documentation of equipment condition, issues found, work completed and next steps.

Monitoring and efficiency

Where technically feasible, monitoring of operating parameters and recommendations for system optimization are considered separately.

What we agree before maintenance begins

  • Site and equipment: models, quantities, criticality and maintenance scope.
  • Schedule: program duration, inspection schedule and access to equipment.
  • Service requests: contact people, communication hours and fault categories.
  • Response and on-site visits: response times and conditions for involving specialists.
  • Restoration: procedures for diagnostics, repairs and obtaining the required spare parts.
  • Deliverables: report format, recommendations and work closeout procedures.
  • Cost: included work, exclusions and approval of additional expenses.
Response time and equipment restoration time are separate metrics. Each is agreed separately. 24/7 service, a specific arrival time and coverage for all repairs are not standard terms.

Sites and use cases

We can discuss a program for a hotel, business center, residential or public building, industrial site or water supply facility. We start by reviewing how your pumping system operates, how available it needs to be and what your technical team can support.

From assessment to maintenance program

  • Send the pump inventory, nameplate photos, operating conditions and fault history.
  • We discuss the site’s needs and the initial assessment required.
  • We agree on the scope of work, service metrics and coordination procedures.
  • We document program terms before regular maintenance begins.

Subscription service FAQ

Are all repairs included?

Only if the agreed program provides for them. Spare parts, on-site visits and additional work are specified separately.

Will support be available around the clock?

Communication hours and response procedures are defined in the agreement for your site.

Can monitoring be added?

We consider it after assessing the equipment and infrastructure. The necessary technical solutions are discussed separately.

Is there a standard rate?

The cost depends on the equipment inventory, its condition and the agreed scope of work.

More on the Grundfos approach

Grundfos treats service agreements as a way to organize maintenance around a pumping system’s needs and operating conditions. Manufacturer resources explain the approach. EPS commitments are defined by the agreed program.
